EFT Tutorial and Guide
THE TARKOV CENTRAL

So Many Deaths
In EFT, you must turn every mistake and every death into a lesson.
Sure, there are cheaters, and there’s little you can do against them. But don’t assume that every “weird” death is due to cheats. Most of the time, when you lose a fight, it’s because of your own mistakes, and if you want to improve, you need to accept it and understand what went wrong.
You’ll die a lot. You have to accept this too.
Often, you won’t even know where the shot came from or how they knew your position. It’s normal to die frequently, and it’s normal for some deaths to feel impossible to survive. But with experience, you’ll start to understand and learn the “tricks of the trade”.
Don’t give up—what seems impossible now will become achievable, and you’ll eventually pull off feats you once thought were beyond your reach.
One great way to improve is to record your raids or enable the feature to save the last few minutes of gameplay (using Nvidia App or other AMD or third-party apps like Outplayed). Review the fight and analyze what went wrong and how you could have done better.
You need to build some sort of mental maps, so that the next time you find yourself in that situation, you will react swiftly and (hopefully) in the right way.
